I,Overview
    In the labeling process for smooth pencils (using heat shrink tubing), heat shrink sleeves are increasingly being used for outer packaging. Currently, this process is largely manual, with limited mechanical packaging equipment. This results in low production efficiency and limited productivity, particularly with the thwarting of mechanized production lines.
After years of research, our factory has successfully developed the "QBRSZT-180 Automatic Pencil Heat Shrink Tubing Label Sleeving Machine," which can automatically shrink standard heat shrink tubing labels onto smooth pencils. This allows pencil manufacturers to achieve the highest efficiency in mechanical packaging using heat shrink tubing labels, thus opening a new path for mechanized production in my country's pencil industry.
The newly launched "QBRSZT-180 Automatic Pencil Heat Shrink Tubing Sleeving Machine" integrates tube feeding, cutting, pencil feeding, pencil sleeve application, positioning, and heat shrinking. It features a rational design, compact structure, optimized assembly, accurate positioning, superior workmanship, and easy operation.
The entire machine occupies approximately 3.7 meters (length) by 2.8 meters (width), and can be operated by one person.

Pencil film machine film specifications: Film width (double-layer width) is preferably between 14.0 and 14.3 mm, film thickness (double layer) is greater than or equal to 0.07 mm, each film is separated by a transparent awning with a width of 0.6 to 2 mm, quantity per tray is limited to 8,000 pieces, the center hole diameter of the tray is greater than 75 mm, and the outer diameter of the tray does not exceed 430 mm.
III,Instruction
 

1. Empty Machine Operation

This machine operates smoothly, requiring no additional screws or piers. This unit is a combined machine consisting of a main unit, auxiliary unit, and heat shrink tubing bracket. It can be packaged separately for easy transport. During installation, please connect the components using the included connectors, adjust the drive chain and mesh belt tension, and clean the entire machine. Then, check that all fasteners and components are functioning properly. Connect the power cord (required specifications for the YC-500 are 3×2.5mm + 1×1.5mm; the machine grounding wire should be no less than 2.5 square meters). Once you've confirmed that the fan motor is rotating correctly as indicated by the arrows in the diagram, you can start the machine


The touchscreen on the control panel displays the machine's operating status and information, including the total machine counter (which cannot be cleared to zero), the current shift counter (which can be cleared by pressing the Clear 0 button), and each channel counter (which can be cleared by clicking each channel's count and entering 0; each channel's counter will automatically clear when the current shift count is cleared). The A1 Film Feed and A2 Film Feed buttons on the touchscreen homepage switch film feed for mechanism A. Pressing these buttons for 0.3 seconds toggles the current state, for example, from ON to OFF. This allows you to select whether to operate either channel A1 or A2 individually or simultaneously. This function is useful for machine setup. If filming is completed on one channel but not on the other, you can close the completed channel and allow the unfinished channel to continue operating. (In this case, the pen holder for the closed channel must not be lowered to the feed position.) The same method applies to mechanism B and channels B1 and B2. If the machine automatically stops and issues an alarm due to a fault, follow the on-screen instructions to troubleshoot. These faults include: A1 film not finding the optical gap, A2 film not finding the optical gap, B1 film not finding the optical gap, B2 film not finding the optical gap, A1 expansion rod not returning to its position, A2 expansion rod not returning to its position, B1 expansion rod not returning to its position, B2 expansion rod not returning to its position, A-channel motor or mechanical failure, B-channel motor or mechanical failure, A1A2 expansion tubes not returning to their position (check if the A channel pen is stuck), B1B2 expansion tubes not returning to their position (check if the B channel pen is stuck).
