Product Description
The extruder machine was used to produce PP,PS sheet, which are widely used for plastic cups, bowls, trays, lids and boxes, such as disposable cups, ice-cream cups, milk cups, jelly cups and fast-food boxes etc.
This machine can match thermforming machine to produce plastic cups, trays and containers.
Characteristics:
1.The barrel and screw are made of high quality alloyed steel (38CrMOA1A) with high hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long operating life after nitrogen treatment.
2.The design of T-type die head brings the easy operation
3.Automatic hydraulic net changer can keep machine continuous t production.
4.Variable frequency motor of good quality brand makes lower noisy and low energy consumption.
5.The design of spiral groove keeps calenders with good cooling effect.
6.Independent temperature controlling system of calender is more suitable for producing PP, PS sheet.
7. Adopt melting pump to make sheet nice and even.
8.Can be customized according to customer's requirements.
