Product Description
Thermal transfer Ribbon slitting and rewinding machine is mainly suitable for slitting thermal transfer Ribbon. High speed 300m/min and PLC controlled.
Featrues:
1. It can slit films in thickness from 4-20 um.
2. With air shaft 1 and 0.5 inch (diameter), suitable for different size or materials of ribbon, to improve the working efficiency
3. Guiding roller: Ceramic surface to avoid damage from blade. Main roller and the pressing roller are made by wearable rubber to make sure the normal working dynamic.
4. Touch screen, with SIEMENS PLC: The system is reliable and adjustable. Ribbon tension is calculated according to different ribbon roll diameter and slitting speed. This will help to make sure that the ribbon tension is well controlled.
5. The ribbon length can be set and accurate 0.5% allowance. it can set in two different lengths at the same time to fit to different barcode ribbon slitting task.
6. Driver system: Japan SANYO servo motor which can make sure the speed and tension are controlled accurately. Rewinding system is also by SANYO servo motor.
7. For the edge(waste) ribbon collection system 2kinds, independent torque motor rolling system and waste sucking system.
8. Leader system( manual ,semi-auto or auto leader table for choose )
